Good morning everyone,

I am still in the process of calling everyone and letting you know your new Razkids' login and making sure that you are able to get onto Google Classroom. For the students that I have not called yet, you can go to your gmail and use the link that I sent you to join our Google Classroom.

It has been great talking to you.

It should be nice today so get out and enjoy a walk to the sunshine.

    Hi! My name is Hibba. I answered the Daily Quiz 6 the flag is German,the ship is the heaviest,evacuation has 5 syllables ,the province is Quebec,4 times 51=204,adult inset has 6 legs ,the word scramble is volcano.

      you got them all except for that tricky scale one. The Hulk was actually the heaviest since it was pushing down compared to the ship.

      You only missed
      question 3 = 90
      question 6 = 50
      and question 10 = it should be in the bottom left (since it is moving clockwise)

    6.46 is closer to 50
    7. 20, 18,16,14,12,10,8,
    8. 96 - 6 =90 so 196 -6 = 190
    9. 12+ b =16 so b = 4

      almost perfect 10 should be the bottom left corner pointing down.

Good morning everyone, I just wanted to remind everyone that we are having our first Google Meet tomorrow at 11 am. If you have not been able to log onto Google Classroom please contact me and I will try to help out however I can. To get onto Google Classroom log onto your student email in the same way that you would get onto Google Docs at school. I should have sent you a class invite. Remember this week we are using Raz Kids for Reading and Prodigy for Math and it would be wonderful if you were practicing your multiplication facts. Grade 3's need to know up to 5 x 5 and the grade 4's need to know up to 7 x 7. We will be using these skills next week when we begin using Google Classroom. Have a great day.

March 15th

March 15 Remember parents please book your parent teacher conference. You can do this by going to https://sis.cbe.ab.ca/public/home.html This week we continued to develop our engineering skills. We were designing our blue prints for our final bridge building activity. We were thinking about how shapes and materials will make our structures stronger. It was also important to think about how we could design using tension and compression. We have been exploring subtraction with regrouping again since it has been a long time and we were having some trouble remembering how to do it. We set a goal of getting 16 out of 32 subtraction regrouping questions correct and we achieved our goal :) Grade 3 Home Practice Grade 4 Home Practice
